Stingrays are uncommon at snorkeling and diving sites. This is only the second stingray Iʻve seen in 11 years of regular swimming in North Kohala. The marks on its back could be from the sand that it was foraging in. Iʻve seen eagle rays with this kind of markings due to digging for food in the sand. It definitely has a venomous barb on its tail behind the body.

Metal Print: Dye sublimation process using heat and pressure on aluminum. Three-quarter inch float mount hanger on back. Clean with wet or dry soft cloth, no cleaning solution.
